Yes to a fast-paced internet connection!
September 19, 2007Do you know what’s frustrating when you’re working online? For me it’s the sudden slow-paced connection or the worse thing, when the internet just stops working! Ugh I simply hate when it happens. Usually fate is like teasing me, it happens when I’m catching a deadline, when I have an important mission to fulfill or when I’m having an important voice chat with my family.
Is there a reliable internet connection that never lets you down? I didn’t have to look far. I found out that Comcast provides high speed internet access and digital phone service. That sounds pretty nice. It’s just what I want in an internet provider. In fact, its connection is so fast that it beat Verizon DSL in a number of speed tests. As to their digital phone service it not only provides clear reception, but also offers unlimited plan.

Comcast exists because it has no one (or very few) able to challenge its monopoly status. That’s why they have little incentive to improve customer service. I wish they would take the money they spend on those commercials and use it to help their customers out!
