Eating healthy

A bowl of fresh vegetable salad for dinner.
I vowed to eat healthy to lose unwanted fats in my tummy by eating more vegetables and fruits and less of carbohydrates and sweets. I seldom cooked veggies coz it involves peeling and cutting/dicing which takes time to prepare but my family likes eating it fresh. I am happy that my 2 year old daughter likes to munch on cucumber or carrots and actually loves eating lettuce.
I usually make this vegetable salad that’s easy to prepare which we all love to eat.
Ingredients:
lettuce (washed and torn into small pieces)
canned corn kernels
tomatoes (washed and sliced)
cucumber (washed and sliced)
olive oil
vinegar
sugar
water
I just mix everything together. I don’t have exact measurements for each ingredients.
And since I do this often, I already know how to make it with (almost) eyes closed.
