Attention: use bed pads at all times!

The other day when my sister was changing my daughter’s diaper, she didn’t use the changing pad.  And guess what?  The unexpected usually happens when you’re not ready.  Yes, yes!  The baby urinated and it went directly on her bed! The irony is, she just changed her beddings that morning.  Has that happened to you too?

Anyway, Reusable Bed Pads are ideal for such cases.  You can just place it right under the bedsheet and even if the baby will pee, at least the mattress is protected.  We’ve learned our lesson, never change the baby’s diaper without the changing or bed pad!

I have lots of emails and comments to answer back some are a month old already. If you’ve been trying to reach me, whether it’s for exchange of links or comments on my posts, I’m sorry!  I still can’t find time to do the favor you’re asking for.  At least for the coming weeks I still forsee myself as super BUSY!

Hip dancing my way to a flat abs

Four days of diligently exercising and missing our routine for two days.  Duh!  We had visitors on Monday, then on Tuesday, there was a power interruption that’s why we weren’t able to do our hip hop dance!  

With enough passion and diligence, I believe that we’ll soon reach our goal, that is having great looking and flat abs! Go, go girls!!! 

Huh?

I got quite a surprise today with our vehicle’s repair expenses.   It’s an unexpected expenses and it just makes me upset especially that there are plenty of other expenses lining up for this month.

Makes me wish prices for auto parts aren’t that expensive just like those used engines and transmission sold at midwest auto recycling.  You can really tell that their customers are satisfied with their products quality even if they’re used.

They sell all kinds of vehicle’s engines and transmissions which guarantee you in finding your own car’s engine or transmission in case you want it replaced. More good points from Midwest if their easy search tool and their warranty policies which protect their customer’s interest.

Anyway, I hope this is the last expense for our vehicle for this month.  Grrrr!

Exhibition of fireworks

Korean drama addicts, watch out!  D-addicts featured Korean drama for this month of April is Fireworks or Exhibition of Fireworks.  The drama was aired from May 13, 2006 until July 19, 2006 at MBC.   One of the main characters is Park Eun Hye who also was a cast in other films such as 18 vs. 19 and Dae Jang Geum.

Shin Na Ra, a woman who is almost thirty welcomes her boyfriend of ten years back from his business trip. During their dinner, he tells her that he not only had an affair but fell in love with another woman. Thus their relationship is no more. To make herself feel better, Na Ra drinks a large amount of alcohol and unknowingly dropped the ring her ex-boyfriend gave her into a random stranger’s cup. The stranger, In-Jae, drinks the shot without seeing the ring and both of them end up in the hospital.

Busy with our vacation

I wasn’t able to visit the D-addicts website last month to see what was their featured Korean drama. I’ve been too busy.  Took a vacation break with my family and most of our time was spent going out to different beach resorts, dining out, visiting family and friends and shopping. The rest of the time we just stayed at home to plan for some more outing. Hectic huh?  I don’t even have time to watch the last season episode of the US TV show that hubby and I are following every week.  

Power of gold

A few days ago my mom asked hubby to check out in the internet a particular coin my aunt has.  She plans to sell it and wants to know the current price value.  Hubby found the same product being sold for more than $2000.  Quite a good sum considering that my aunt bought it for less than a thousand dollars only few years ago.

Wow!  Such is the power of gold.  Its value appreciates as time passes which makes it a very good investment product.  I’m glad that I myself have invested in few gold coins.  It will come handy in the future when I need money or I can pass it on to my child as my little inheritance (teehee!).  How would you like to own one too?
