Food blah
September 24, 2007We are fortunate to live in an area where access to stores, restaurants, bus stops and other life's conveniences are easy. But even when when we're near to these places, we still have silence in our home because we live in a high-rise building. Noise doesn't bother us at all.
One thing I'm grateful for is the convenience of buying take-out food especially when my schedule doesn't permit me to cook. If we want pasta, there is an Italian restaurant just a few buildings away from us. If we want Chinese food, there is a nearby mall which has many fastfood restaurants. That means we don't only have Chinese food to choose from, we can also buy other variety such as Lebanese or American food.
Sometimes, we just buy frozen goodies from the grocery store such as pizza. It's very simple and fast to prepare. Just a few minutes in the oven and we already have an instant food!
Such things are great blessings…
