Another investment opportunity

I am interested in investing.  I’ve been reading books about it.  In fact, I’m on a lookout for good investment that would give me enough or more financial income.  Being employed isn’t the only source of income which sadly most people belong to. 

Anyway, there is another investment opportunity that I found in the net.  It’s investing in real estate trust deed through Diamond Bay.  It claims to produce a high margin of return which poses a low margin of risk.  Now if there is one thing that you should be aware of in investing, it’s the risk.  But for this investment, a 12% return on high yield trust deeds and hard money investing is possible.
